We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our team and help clients navigate their tax resolution process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client cases from initial consultation to resolution
  • Coordinate with tax professionals and IRS representatives
  • Maintain detailed case documentation and progress tracking
  • Provide regular updates to clients on case status
  • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and company policies
  • Analyze client financial situations and recommend appropriate solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in tax resolution or financial services
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of IRS procedures and tax laws
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Inside Sales (Tax Relief)

$50,000 - $70,000 per year + commission

Join our sales team and help clients find solutions to their tax problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial consultations with potential clients
  • Explain tax relief services and solutions
  • Qualify leads and assess client needs
  • Schedule follow-up appointments with tax professionals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of tax issues and solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Client Care Specialist

$45,000 - $60,000 per year

Provide exceptional service to our clients as they navigate their tax resolution journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email
  • Schedule appointments and maintain client calendars
  • Process client documentation and maintain records
  • Coordinate between clients and tax professionals
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the resolution process

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and office applications
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of tax terminology and processes is a plus
